Bar Waiter / Barkeeper (m/f/d)

On behalf of our client, a 4*S Hotel in Vorarlberg, Austria, we are looking for a Barkeeper!
Main duties:

Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards in a timely, friendly and efficient manner.
Taking beverage orders and serving them to guests on a timely manner.
Mix and garnish beverages according to recipe and portion control standards.
Good knowledge of wine selection, wine service and Beer service.
To deal efficiently and courteously with all guest queries
Delivering consistent, exceptional service in line with the luxury standards
Excellent knowledge of restaurant menus to be able to offer guidance and make recommendations
Pick-up food orders from kitchen and communicate to the chef regarding any special preferences or allergy.
Ensuring that the bar and lounge stations are fully stocked, clean and tidy at all times.
Clear tables and prepare for service by polishing cutlery, glassware and crockery etc.
Complete closing duties, including storing all reusable goods, breaking down goods, cleaning all equipment and areas.

The ideal candidate will:

Have a passion for all things food and beverage
Speak English at a high level
Be able to help train and supervise team members ensuring they deliver consistent quality of service
Previous experience in a similar environment
A strong understanding of the high standards that are demanded from a 4* and 5* establishments
Be creative minded with a passion and respect for the provenance of food
Relish the pressure of a busy restaurant environment

The minimum salary for the position as Bar Waiter / Barkeeper (m/f/d) is EUR 2,400.00 gross per month based on full-time employment. Willingness to overpay.
