Business Planning Analyst (f/m/d)

To strengthen the ERP department (GSI), we are currently looking for a new employee in the area of Budget and Planning. In this position, you will be responsible for P2P processes and activities, finance related administrative tasks together with the initiatives to improve processes as part of the GSI Finance Team.
Aufgaben:

  • Vendor Management
  • First-hand management for existing and new vendors
  • Alignment with GSI stakeholders to ensure required services are ordered from the vendors in time, quality and according to the budget constraints
  • Ensure that the orders are covered by appropriate contractual agreements in accordance with both, the vendor and internal, processes

  • Resource Management
  • Support Resource planning
- Ensure that the On- & Offboarding processes are seamlessly executed.
  • Review and evaluate timesheets and travel requests for easing the decision of the authorized approvers
  • Regular review and clean up of unnecessary permissions where needed

  • Oracle EBS tasks
  • Creation of Purchase Orders
  • Good Receipt booking and month end closing activities
  • Invoice reconciliation and approval

Anforderungsprofil:

  • At least 5 years of engineering experience with native i OS applications
  • Education on at least Bachelor level (commercial and technical training is an advantage)
  • Knowledge of ERP Systems (Oracle EBS is of advantage)
  • Very good Excel knowledge, experience with VBA advantageous
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Power Point and Word)
  • Understanding of financial processes (Accounting and Controlling)
  • Independent and accurate working methods coupled with a high degree of teamwork
  • Strong communication skills and quick comprehension
  • Diligent, structured and precise way of working
  • Very good knowledge of English, knowledge of German is an advantage

We will agree your salary based on your qualifications and experience in line with the market. The gross annual salary according to the collective agreement for telecom companies is at least € 40.000,- (40 hours/week).
