Location: Hilton Hotels, Austria
Salary: Starting at €2,700 Brutto/Month
Join our dynamic Hilton team as a Cluster Hotel IT Systems Administrator! In this role, you'll ensure our IT systems operate efficiently, in compliance with local regulations and Hilton guidelines. You'll collaborate across departments, providing technical support, and maintaining our guest systems, such as telephone, internet, and pay TV. Your goal is to guarantee stability, security, and the best IT standards across our properties.
Key Responsibilities:

• Adhere to local regulations and Hilton IT standards.
• Provide technical assistance to staff across departments.
• Maintain and improve current IT systems, ensuring cost-efficiency.
• Manage user access and secure company data.
• Support and safeguard guest systems (Wi-Fi, TV, etc.).
• Ensure high stability of systems in collaboration with ISM.
• Create IT training plans and conduct training sessions.
• Perform on-call duties for assigned locations.

Qualifications:

• Completed IT training and at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
