As
Cluster Sales Manager (m/f/d)
you are responsible for the development and new acquisition of customers, support of your team and you would take over the following tasks for our Hilton Hotels Austria:

Contribution to the economic success of the hotels, short term & long term
Optimisation of the portfolio to achieve the growth targets of the hotels
Support & new customer acquisition of the assigned customer portfolio in all "Sales Managed" segments
Management of the assigned customer portfolio
National and international travel activities
Organising sales trips and trade fair visits
Constant monitoring of the market and the competition
Staying ‘up to date' and know about new hotel openings, hotel renovations and local changes
Co-responsibility for all sales promotion activities for the assigned area
Co-responsibility for smooth operations within the department and team
Build strong internal business relationships with Hilton Worldwide Sales

Besides your passion for the hotel industry and your team spirit, you bring the following with you:

Adequate tourism studies and several years of experience in comparable positions
A strategic and forward-looking way of working, as well as strong analytical skills to recognise and respond to competitive trends
A goal-oriented way of working
Very good self-organisation and excellent time management skills
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Confident and well-groomed appearance
You are flexible and open to new challenges
You have excellent written and spoken German and English skills, additional foreign languages are an advantage
High customer orientation & willingness to provide service
You want to take on responsibility in relevant areas and show a willingness to perform as well as a high level of self-motivation

Your monthly gross minimum salary (according to the collective agreement FT for employees in the hotel and catering industry) is € 2,220.00
whereby we guarantee you an over payment depending on your qualifications.
