Cluster Sales Manager (m/f/d)
you are responsible for the development and new acquisition of customers, support of your team and you would take over the following tasks for our Hilton Hotels Austria:
- Contribution to the economic success of the hotels, short term & long term
- Optimisation of the portfolio to achieve the growth targets of the hotels
- Support & new customer acquisition of the assigned customer portfolio in all "Sales Managed" segments
- Management of the assigned customer portfolio
- National and international travel activities
- Organising sales trips and trade fair visits
- Constant monitoring of the market and the competition
- Staying ‘up to date' and know about new hotel openings, hotel renovations and local changes
- Co-responsibility for all sales promotion activities for the assigned area
- Co-responsibility for smooth operations within the department and team
- Build strong internal business relationships with Hilton Worldwide Sales
- Adequate tourism studies and several years of experience in comparable positions
- A strategic and forward-looking way of working, as well as strong analytical skills to recognise and respond to competitive trends
- A goal-oriented way of working
- Very good self-organisation and excellent time management skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Confident and well-groomed appearance
- You are flexible and open to new challenges
- You have excellent written and spoken German and English skills, additional foreign languages are an advantage
- High customer orientation & willingness to provide service
- You want to take on responsibility in relevant areas and show a willingness to perform as well as a high level of self-motivation
