Consultant Sales & Customer Excellence (f/m/d)

As the Consultant Sales & Customers Excellence, on a limited contract, you will work closely with our Sales & Customer Excellence Senior Manager in developing and optimizing Sales-related processes and systems. As such, your open-mindset, creativity and ability to effectively communicate with all AT&S stakeholders will be highly beneficial in working on different Sales processes, interacting with international teams, training new colleagues and actively promoting best practice.

Your Responsibilities

• Define and develop sales-related processes pertaining to manage lead, account acquisition and customer relationship management
  
• Continuous development of Sales tools such as CRM
• Monitor KPI/DPI's to achieve highest level of customer satisfaction
• Create Dashboard for data analysis by using Power BI tool
• Identify and communicate best practices

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s or Master's degree in a technical or economical field
• Min 3 years’ experience in Sales and/or Project Management or Sales Controlling
• Excellent understanding of various enterprise systems (SAP, BW, CRM, Power BI, etc.)
• Ability to lead inter-functional teams and projects
• Fluent in English (German is a plus)
