We are looking for a motivated and energetic Events Coordinator:in to join Rosewood Schloss Fuschl.

Job Summary:
Planning, coordinating, and finalizing events from beginning to the end.Liaise with clients to identify their needs and ensure customer satisfaction.Conduct market research and gather information on event trends.Coordinating of event logistics, including venue selection, catering, transportation, and equipment.Managing event budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness.Prepare event reports and maintain comprehensive event documentation.Collaborate with marketing and PR teams to promote events.Handle event-related communications and provide support to attendees.

Required Skills:
completed vocational traqining in the hospitality industry or a related field.First experience as an Events Coordinator or similar role is an advantage.Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management software.Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.Detail-oriented with a creative mindset and problem-solving skills.
