We are looking for an Executive Assistant for our founders to join us on this exciting journey!

Your mission

As our Executive Assistant at Prewave, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks such as:

• Managing complex calendars, schedule appointments, and arrange meetings for our founders, ensuring efficient use of their time
• Coordinating domestic and international travel arrangements for the founders
• Assisting with organization of various events
• Facilitating meetings with investors and help with presentations, documents, meeting notes, surveys
• Preparation of meetings and liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including investors, clients, vendors, and partners to facilitate smooth communication and collaboration
• Undertake special projects and assignments as directed by our founders

Your profile

• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in a similar role, supporting C-Suite executives or a management team
• Flexibility and adaptability to handle changing priorities in a hyper-growth environment
• Exceptional attention to detail
• High level of confidentiality, reliability and professionalism at all times
• Strong organisational and time management skills with focus on priorities & deadlines
• Tech-savvy and experienced in MS Office, Google Workspace, Slack and Docu Sign
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, German is a big plus
• Valid work permit for Austria

• Competitive Compensation and Benefits: We recognize and reward talent. In line with Austrian law, we are required to state the minimum salary as per the collective agreement, which is EUR 2,396 gross per month (full-time basis). However, the actual salary will be adjusted based on your qualifications, experience, and the specific role.
