For our Information Systems Team based in Klaus (Vorarlberg, Austria) we are currently looking for a

Firewall and Network Specialist, full or part time (f/m/x)

What's it all about?

• You will be co-responsible for planning, maintaining and administering OMICRON's Cisco network, ensuring seamless connectivity and world-class performance.
• You focus on planning, coordinating and implementing robust network security measures to protect our infrastructure.
• You play a key role in designing, configuring and managing our next-generation firewalls, which are the foundation of a secure and efficient network.
• You will oversee the maintenance and administration of essential network services such as DNS, DHCP, Radius and more, ensuring that they are running smoothly.
• You will be responsible for planning and operating our global WAN connections, enabling seamless global communications and data transfer.
• You will maintain and manage our PKI infrastructure, ensuring secure and reliable authentication across our network.

What are we looking for?

• You have completed an IT education and gained several years’ experience with Cisco NX-OS, IOS, Wireless networks.
• You have good knowledge of modern firewall systems, Palo Alto Networks preferred.
• You have experience with PKI infrastructure.
• You approach things pro-actively and you are a team player.
• You are reliable and enjoy learning about new topics.
• You are used to writing and communicating in English in a professional context.
