Internship:

You will be working in an international team of young and motivated people who all have one common goal, to provide excellent customer service and experiences to their customers. The customers are predominantly English natives from various countries such as the US, Australia and New Zealand, however, they also have a large number of EU countries visiting the city, so it is a benefit for this company if you speak another language. The main products are tours and bike rental services.

Profile Student:

This company is looking for someone who is willing to be part of the team, who is friendly and outgoing, and most importantly a reliable and a hard worker who is respectful at all times.

Field of study:

Customer Service | Tourism | Office Administration

Daily tasks:

• Serving customers at check in time for tours entering bookings into reservations system
• Managing reservations
• Answering emails and quoting for tours etc.
• Using the cash register and managing cash, credit card transactions
• Checking in customers for tours
• Being responsible for management of Social Media including Facebook
• Responding to reviews on supplier sites
• Organising bike rentals for customers
• Washing bikes
• Assisting a lead guide on bicycle tours in the Wachau
• Being responsible for other guests on the tour
• Learning about history and wine in the region
• Doing projects that are allocated to the student
