We have a fantastic opportunity for a highly skilled and driven kitchen manager to lead our kitchen team to success. We are looking for a head chef who has a love for cooking and preparing meals to a consistently high quality.
Our Head Chefs are always someone who is able to lead, inspire and train their team, whilst maintaining a positive, engaged environment in the kitchen.
Job Description
As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations, managing a team of chefs and ensuring the delivery of high-quality food and exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities

Developing and implementing menus that align with the brand's standards and customer preferences

Managing inventory and ordering supplies to maintain stock levels
-
Overseeing food preparation, cooking, and presentation to ensure quality standards are met
-
Training and developing kitchen staff to maintain high-quality standards
-
Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
-
Managing costs and maintaining profitability
-
Collaborating with the operations team to ensure smooth functioning of the kitchen
-
Development and release of rosters
Qualifications and Experience
-
Strong leadership and team management skills
-
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-
Knowledge of health and safety regulations
-
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
-
Be able to converse fluently in English.

Knowledge of German is a plus
-
Previous experience as a Head Chef is a plus
Legal Requirements
-
Be eligible of have all necessary documentation in which to be legally employed in Austria
-
Have an up-to-date / active bank account in your own name
