Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Head of Service Management (m/w/d) to oversee our service operations in Austria. This role demands a seasoned professional with a strong track record in service management, a deep understanding of P&L responsibilities, and the ability to lead the leaders, both functionally and disciplinarily.

What You Will Do:

Lead and manage the service teams, ensuring high performance, motivation, and continuous professional development.
P&L – responsibility for Service in Austria
Oversee the delivery of exceptional service to our clients, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and addressing any issues promptly.
Enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty by ensuring timely, high-quality service and support.
Drive the financial performance of the service division, managing budgets, and achieving revenue and profitability targets.
Ensure all operations comply with relevant regulations and safety standards.
Professionally Manage claims risen by the customer, coordinate with internal and external stake holders

What We Look For:

Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in service operations, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role. Experience in the building technologies or industrial sectors is highly desirable
Proficient in navigating the dynamic environment of international organizations with a matrix structure. Preferred experience includes working in multinational corporations.
Proficiency in German and English is required. Additional languages are advantageous.
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Proven track record of driving operational excellence and achieving business targets.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to drive change management and influence stakeholders.
