This is what your day looks like:
- Welcoming and placing the guests
- Cloakroom management
- Prepare and mark table reservations
- Processing of reservations and inquiries (by phone and email)
- Support of the restaurant manager with administrative activities

This is what we expect from you:
- Professional experience in the upscale hotel industry in the area of guest relations or a comparable position would be an advantage
- Very good knowledge of German and English, other foreign languages would be an advantage
- MS Office knowledge
- Excellent manners and first class appearance
- Friendly, open-minded, team-oriented personality
- Service-oriented thinking and acting
- Reliability, a sense of responsibility and independence
- Very good teamwork skills and an eye for detail
- A positive outlook on life, open-mindedness and a friendly nature
