About the Role:
The aim of daily job is to support the Employee life cycle operations according to the business needs and legal regulations. Position handles local requests, follows policies and procedures, facilitates continuous improvementof HR and workplace management services locally. Supervises employee relationships within departments in his/her scope, being the first interface with line managers for any HR related matter, addressing employees´requests in a timely manner. Supports the responsible in defining the HR management priorities for the departments of his/her responsibility (in accordance with the HR guidelines and the business needs), deploying all the HR processes during the year. Contributes to enhance employees´engagement and to improve their performance.
Who we are looking for:
We are looking for colleagues with at least 5 years of experiences and at least bachelor education with additional skills and knowledge:
- German language - a native speaker
- English - fluent oral and written knowledge
  • SAP knowledge
  • Awareness and knowledge of Austrian Labour legislation (as a must)
  • Negotiation skills and good organizatuional skills
  • Realiability, accuracy a confidentiality as personality qualities
  • Ability to work independently, to take initiatives and follow-up an assigned projects
  • Ability to communicate plans accross a cross-functional and/or highly matrixed organization
Main Responsibilities:
HR ADMINISTRATION
Ensures that company´s and employee-related records are accurate, accessible, secure and in compliance with Austrian Labour Code, which includes job history, employee contracts and leave records, details of illness, absences, transfers and salary progression. Liases with the company lawyer on complex issues and external payroll provider on payroll processing and data inputs and accuracy. Responds to enquiries from employees, managers and external agencies on HR information without compromising the standards of privacy and confidentiality. Recommends changes to ensure policies and procedures are competitive and in line with company needs.Prepares all HR reports and is responsible and manage all data in SAP – HRE.Keeping track / update of all job descriptions
EMPLOYEE LIFE CYCLE
Ensures proper attention to employees during the whole employee lifecycle phases as Attraction, Recruitment, Onboarding, Performance Development & Retention and Separation. All in line with HR policy guidance and build a strong business relationship with the line management.
PEOPLE MANAGEMENT
Leads, directs, evaluates and develops administrative support staff to ensure that administrative activities are completed on time, according to established standards and within established budgets.
WORKFORCE PLANNING AND HR BUDGETING
Manages Workforce planning process in the internal system in line with HC structure needs in pre-set up planning cycles by the Group followed by budget creation and maintenance as WFP EVO and second level BGD management in excel.
EXPAT MANAGEMENT
Ensures that company’s and expatriate related record are accurate, shared in time and in compliance with Group Expat Policy. Shared HR DATA MAINTANANCE Regular maintenance and continuous update and ensuring their correctness with regards of the employees data changes in HR systems
