Human Resources Assistant (f/m/d)
Employment: Part-time/Full-time (25-40h)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF SUPPORT AND LEARNING

• Support the on- and off-boarding programme including induction and orientation at the

start of the academic year

• Assist in the application and recruiting activities (creating and coordinating job adverts,

scheduling interviews)

• Contact person for our employees

• Document and Data management, maintenance of personnel files

• Absences, Timetracker, ISAMS, coredat

• Support the Immigration process with work permits and visa applications

• Assisting with different administrative topics, such as issuing contracts, side-

letters, agreements, confirmations and reference requests

• Assisting the Head of HR on day-to-day tasks

REQUIREMENTS

• Excellent German and English skills

• Passion for HR

• Organized, excellent IT skills, curious about AI and happy to work with data

• Commitment, reliability, flexibility, trustworthiness, alongside the ability to work with

confidential information and a high level of discretion

• Well-presented and friendly personality

• Hands-on mentality, solution orientated and attention to detail

• Willingness to work in an international scale-up environment

• Team player with good sense of humour

• Previous experience in an Assistant/Administrator role

• Basic knowledge of Austrian labour law

• Valid working permit / permission to work in Austria
