What you'll be doing

a steep learning curve and practical experience in Risk, due to working on real life business topics
collaboration with top domain and analytics experts: both within the unit and cross-divisionally
hands-on usage of Advanced Analytics methods
learning to work on end-to-end data driven projects: data retrieval, cleaning, processing, analysis / modeling / validating, interpretation, visualization, summarization
environment in which you can freely express your opinions and suggestions
high importance / visibility within the Bank
high autonomy and a concrete impact project deliveries - supported by unit colleagues
participation in strategic projects

What you'll need to succeed

ongoing studies (focus on mathematics / finance / computer science / statistics / economics)
enthusiasm when working on data driven problems
explorative mindset
ability to solve problems / propose solutions
data mining and modelling (SQL a must, Python an advantage)
data visualization competencies
