We’re looking for a motivated Intern to actively support our Marketing expert functions for Austria and EE – with a strong focus on integrated communication activities (social media and influencer activities).

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

PR & Influencer activities

• Support and guide with strong passion for social media organic brand activations interconnected with PR & influencers:
  
  • Prepare, execute and analyse organic seedings and press releases
    
  • Support of the organization of events
    
  • Corporate communications: schedule our always-on organic social media posts on Linked In
    

Umbrella Brand related activities

• Support on CSR related topics such as the implementation of our new social mission in EE
• Support on activities related to our Care Beyond Skin Sustainability agenda and DE&I activities

Competition Monitoring & Day to-day activities

• Ad-hoc analysis: follow up the competition activities and landscape focussing on social media
• Presentations and reportings upon requests & support developing necessary materials
• Media Planning support on briefings and organisation of workshops and trainings

• Available for 6 months, 20h (4 days) as from January 2025.
• Ongoing or completed University studies, in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
• Strong passion for social media and digital marketing, with a keen understanding of various platforms.
• Excellent communication skills (written & verbal) in German & English, further Easter European languages are advantageous.
• Fascinated by the world of skincare and its brands.
• Open, flexible and stress resistant personality that takes on responsibility and has a passion for success and challenge.
• Demonstrates accuracy, is very well organized and pays attention to details.
• Has a creative, passionate and driven approach.
• Demonstrates team spirit and willingness to tackle challenges.
• Very good working knowledge of Microsoft office (Power Point, Excel, Word).

• An exciting internship at the regional headquarter in Vienna in a motivated, international and humorous team for six months for a minimum of 20h/week.
