IT Service Technician needed in Linz, Austria

Responsibilities:
- Install and set up HPE hardware and firmware.
- Perform repairs, updates, and support for HPE, Cisco, and Dell equipment.
- Provide on-site support to assist with troubleshooting.
- Follow safety protocols and use PPE as needed.
- Attend HPE training sessions to keep skills up-to-date.
- Conduct proactive services like firmware upgrades and site surveys.
- Ensure services meet agreed SLAs for specific accounts.
- Basic IT knowledge or certification (HPE certification is a plus).
- Familiarity with operating systems used in HPE storage (e.g., Windows, Red Hat, Linux).
- Experience in IT support with a focus on customer service.
- Good communication skills in local language or English.
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours.
- Legal right to work in Austria.
- Experience with HPE products.
- Previous technical support experience.
- Additional certifications in network, storage, or cloud technologies.
