Als Key Account Manager Gyn-Onkologie sind Sie alleine für den Verkauf von zwei gyn-onkologischen Produkten bei Key Accounts/Krankenhäusern in Süd-Ost-Österreich verantwortlich. Sie sind Account Lead in der cross-funktionalen Zusammenarbeit, entwickeln Account Pläne basierend auf Kundenerfahrungen, identifizieren Barrieren und implementieren Lösungen.
Gebiet: Wien, Niederösterreich, Steiermark, Kärnten.
Quailifkation & Fähigkeiten:
Marktkonformes Jahresbruttogehalt ab € 85.000.- mit entsprechender Überzahlung, abhängig von Ihrer Qualifikation und einschlägigen Erfahrung sowie lukrative Prämien und Firmen-PKW.

Key Account Manager – Onkology (m/w/d)
(Vollzeit, 38,5 Stunden/Woche)
Als Key Account Manager Gyn-Onkologie sind Sie alleine für den Verkauf von zwei gyn-onkologischen Produkten bei Key Accounts/Krankenhäusern in Süd-Ost-Österreich verantwortlich. Sie sind Account Lead in der cross-funktionalen Zusammenarbeit, entwickeln Account Pläne basierend auf Kundenerfahrungen, identifizieren Barrieren und implementieren Lösungen.

Hauptaufgaben
- Omnichannel Betreuung von gyn-onkologischen Fachärzt Innen und Beratung zu Produkten, um individuelle und nationale Performanceziele und KPIs zu erreichen
- (Weiter-) Entwicklung von ambitionierten Accountplänen, die den Kundenbedürfnissen entsprechen und auf die strategischen Ziele von GSK abgestimmt sind
- Entwicklung eines umfassenden Verständnisses des Gynonkologie-Marktes und der wichtigsten Themen sowie die Nutzung dieser Kenntnisse für die Gestaltung der Account-Pläne und -Aktivitäten
- Auf- und Ausbau regionaler Stakeholder-Netzwerke und ausgezeichneter Kundenbeziehungen
- Selbstständige, eigenverantwortliche Planung, Organisation und Durchführung von wissenschaftlichen Veranstaltungen
- Proaktive und konstruktive Zusammenarbeit mit dem internen Team (Medical, Marketing, Market Access etc.)
- Teilnahme an internen und externen nationalen und internationalen Veranstaltungen, Trainings, Kongressen
- Sicherstellung, dass eigenes wissenschaftliches Wissen den höchsten, neusten Standards entspricht
Quailifkation & Fähigkeiten:
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Pharmazie, Human- oder Veterinärmedizin oder erfolgreich abgelegte Pharmareferentenprüfung
- Berufserfahrung im Facharzt- oder Klinikaußendienst mit nachweislichen Erfolgen in einem kompetitiven Umfeld
- Vorerfahrung in der Gyn-Onkologie präferiert
- Starke verkäuferische Fähigkeiten
- Eigenverantwortlich, ziel- und kundenorientiert mit strategisch-analytischem sowie unternehmerischem Denken
- Teamgeist, Kontaktfreude, Belastbarkeit und Kommunikationsstärke
- Fließende Deutschkenntnisse, Sehr gute Englisch- und MS-Office Kenntnisse
- Hohe Reisebereitschaft (Süd-Ost-Österreich)
