Your role and responsibilities

Do you have an analytical and structured working style and are you characterized by your strong communication skills and ability to work in a team? Are you driven by your own demand for high-quality work results? In addition, do you have strong technical expertise and several years of professional experience in the legal department of a company or law firm? Your responsibilities • Independently drafting, negotiating and reviewing contracts in coordination with the respective business units (sales and purchasing) • Preparation and active participation in internal risk reviews with regard to contractual aspects • Updating and adapting legal templates and processes such as general terms and conditions, framework agreements, third party management, etc. to current legal developments and internal Group requirements • Comprehensive advice and implementation of internal Group requirements/guidelines in the area of integrity • Carrying out integrity investigations

Qualifications for the role

• Successful degree in law, business law or a comparable course of study
• Several years of professional experience (3-5 years) in a company with a comparable international structure or a commercial law firm
• Specific knowledge of IT, software and copyright law is an advantage
• Committed and integrative appearance, commitment, strong team and communication skills, strong hands-on mentality and flexibility, service, solution and customer orientation as well as a structured way of working
• Strong understanding of economic interrelationships and technical issues as well as an entrepreneurial mindset, ideally product knowledge from the industry
• Ability to work in cross-functional and international teams
• Business fluent in written and spoken German and English
