Company Description

We are seeking a Global Logistics Specialist to join and strengthen our Global Logistics Department at the international Red Bull Headquarters in Salzburg, Austria.
In this challenging position, you will focus on driving innovation and improvements in collaboration with our third-party logistics partners, covering both transportation and warehousing of our beverages and related raw materials. You will work closely with internal stakeholders across various departments, maintaining an end-to-end perspective. Additionally, you will be involved in innovative logistics projects and provide support to our local subsidiaries.

Job Description

MANAGEMENT OF 3PL PARTNERS
As part of this role, you will be responsible for monitoring and controlling international inbound and outbound deliveries, ensuring seamless coordination with our 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) partners. You will also address and resolve any extraordinary transportation issues in collaboration with these partners. A key aspect of this role involves planning and coordinating international tenders in alignment with our 3PLs. Additionally, you will conduct benchmark analyses to evaluate the performance of our 3PL partners and initiate necessary actions to enhance their efficiency and service quality.
PROCESS & PROJECT MANAGEMENT
In this position, you will oversee the administration of processes and data essential for the execution of our supply chain within our ERP system. Your responsibilities will include the development of new processes or the modification of existing ones, with a strong emphasis on automation. Monitoring the execution of these processes to ensure they align with our strategic goals will be a critical part of your duties. You will also lead new projects aimed at improving our business performance and optimizing our cost structure, driving overall efficiency across the organization.
STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT
Effective stakeholder management is crucial in this role. You will be tasked with consolidating the needs and requirements of our local subsidiaries and making necessary adjustments to our processes and supply chain to meet these demands. Additionally, you will identify and capitalize on opportunities to enhance services for our internal customers, improving process efficiency and cost structure. Your ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and maintain clear communication will be essential in driving success in this area.

Qualifications

Up to 5 years of professional experience in Logistics or Supply Chain, preferably within an international FMCG environment.
Strong project management skills with a definite "completer/finisher" mentality.
Proficient in MS Office, with experience in SAP preferred.
Team player with a proactive attitude, strong communication skills, and a talent for problem-solving.
Willingness to learn, work, and take on responsibility in a demanding and fast-paced environment.
Process-oriented, with a holistic view of processes and experience in change management projects.
Possesses an analytical mind, capable of isolating key issues and planning major initiatives to minimize problems and capitalize on opportunities.

Additional Information

Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2.229 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
