The Ritz-Carlton, Vienna is looking for Ladies or Gentlemen for our Culinary Department for the position:
Night Chef


Your tasks:

• Prepare fresh ingredients for cooking according to recipes/menu during the night
• Cook food and prepare top-quality menu items in a timely manner during the night
• Test foods to ensure proper preparation and temperature
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and responsibly
• Ensure the proper sanitation and cleanliness of surfaces and storage containers

Your Competencies:

• A successfully completed apprenticeship as a chef in the upscale gastronomy/hospitality
• Creativity and love for the product
