Your tasks

• Strategic and conceptual use of all communication tools.
• Organization and administration within the communication departments.
• Coordination with agencies, external consultants, suppliers etc..
• Preparation of presentations and research activities in project work and meetings (on different levels).
• Preparation of press conferences.
• Preparation of press folders and general documents.
• Drafting of press releases.

What we are looking for

• Marketing and/or Communications excites you and you want to learn more
• You are analytical and creative individual.
• Microsoft Office is a walk in the park for you.
• You are highly collaborative and team-oriented.
• You are currently enrolled student.
• You hold a valid work permit for Austria.
• You are fluent in English (German is a plus).
