Overview of the company

You will get insight in

• Supporting the HSSE Department on all relevant activities in the field of Health, Safety, Security and Environment (e.g. trainings, initiatives, performance measurement, reporting, emission management).
• Supporting the preparation of HSSE presentations, training materials, safety alerts, lessons learned and similar for further use by management & employees.
• Conducting site visits to OMV facilities and promoting safe work practices and behaviours.
• Updating MS Office material (e.g. to meet Corporate Design requirements).
• Analysis of training reports (normally based on Excel, creation of Pivot tables, charts, etc.).
• Analysis of feedback reports from trainings and HSSE initiatives (content analysis).
• Internet researching with appropriate processing and presentation.

What we are looking for

• You are a student of: Security and Safety Management, industrial engineering, natural resources and life sciences, HSSE and/or Sustainability Management, Corporate Communications, Risk Management, Educational Sciences, or similar.
• You are an analytical and creative individual.
• Microsoft Office is a walk in the park for you.
• You are highly collaborative and team-oriented.
• You hold a valid work permit for Austria.
• You are fluent in German and have good command of English.
