Your tasks

Full range legal support in OMV projects, especially related to OMV's refineries and with a linkage to Borealis.
Legal support for natural gas sales contracting in OMV's main markets (Austria, Germany, Benelux).
Group-wide contracting and legal advice for projects, i.e. Upstream, Downstream and Corporate divisions, including any related dispute resolution.
Cost-efficient management of external legal resources, in particular law firms and patent lawyers, in relation to the above topics.
Contract standardization and related know-how management (multi-jurisdictional) as well as in-house training of non-lawyers on contract standards.
Legal tech topics as part of OMV's digitalization agenda.

Your profile

Master's degree in law field or equivalent.
At least of 9 years of relevant professional experience, especially in law firms.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to establish and maintain effective cross-organizational and cross-cultural relationships.
Interest for enhanced legal tech applications.
Excellent command of written and spoken English.
