Your qualifications as an Ingenious Partner:

• Advanced degree (Master or Ph D) in technology, business, innovation and/or entrepreneurship
• Deep understanding of the scientific or technical domain
• Experience in connected areas such as product development, innovation cycle and commercialization processes as well as Intellectual Property Management
• Proven experience in business development, market analysis and financial modeling, funding mechanisms, and investment strategies
• Preferably, prior experience in a start-up environment, in working with venture capital firms or in raising funds for new ventures
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and commercialization
• Problem-solving orientation with a proactive and flexible approach
• Very good English and German skills

What to expect:
The minimum gross annual salary on a full-time basis (38,5 h / week) according to the collective agreement is EUR 64.316,-. The actual salary will be determined individually, based on your qualifications and experience.
