Job Description

We are looking for a Reservations Assosicate to join Rosewood Schloss Fuschl and be part of our opening team.

Job Summary:

You will be responsible for handling all internal and external phone calls.
You will independently process all reservation inquiries.
You will act as a liaison between all hotel departments to fulfill all guest requests.
You possess excellent product knowledge regarding hotel rooms, prices, promotions, amenities, etc.

Your Profile:

You have completed vocational training in the hotel industry.
You have excellent language skills in German and English and enjoy using them.
You know how to use MS Office and ideally have experience with the Opera Property Management System.

Rosewood Schloss Fuschl To Open in June 2024. The legendary Hotel Schloss Fuschl will mark our second property in Austria when it reopens as Rosewood Schloss Fuschl in June 2024.
