• working in classic reception service (E-mail correspondence, answering calls,...)
• welcoming and escorting visitors
• the first contact person for guests and employees
• previous experience in concierge, hosting and/or hospitality teams

• Legal age: 18 years
• No criminal record
• Work permit for Austria (freier Zugang zum österreichischen Arbeitsmarkt)
• Corporate security experience
• Good command of English and German language (speaking and writing)
• First Aid & Fire Prevention certifications
• Reliable
• Flexible
• Computer skills

For this position, we offer a salary of € 2.584 gross per month, includes overpayment, (based on full-time employment, KV Bewachung, Verwendungsgruppe B).
