Senior Product Manager

The impact you will have:
- Engage and align with both internal & external stakeholders to define the product vision and transform the customer interactions with Paysafe a low effort and a delightful experience
- Understand and represent customer needs, develop and execute monetization strategies to optimize product revenue streams.
- Continuously assess and iterate on monetization tactics based on market trends, customer feedback, and performance analytics.
- Understand the market & trends in collaboration with the marketing teams, perform gap analysis of our servicing capabilities to identify new business opportunities and develop competitive analyses
- Be highly flexible, able to prioritize multiple projects and deadlines to execute well in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving organization
- Manage the budget and collect budget approvals.
- Organize required project documentation including quarterly value stream charters, weekly status reports to management, document approvals.
- Perform classic project management including organizing calls, workshops, writing minutes, assign tasks, set deadlines, risk mitigations, and do chasers.
- Manage product roadmap
- Remove obstacles/roadblocks.
What we’re looking for:
- 4+ years of product management experience, with a track record of independently managing products from concept to delivery.
- Strong experience in stakeholder management, project management, and driving processes forward.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment with multiple priorities.
- Experience in fintech or banking is a plus but not required.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
