To further support our team, we are currently looking for an Senior Purchasing Manager (Full-Time, all genders).

Key Responsibilities

Managing supplier relationships, including contract negotiations, pricing, and timelines
Collaborating closely with our product teams in Austria and China to bring new products from concept to market
Demand planning and shipping across various product categories
Overseeing customs clearance processes in Austria and the USA

Job Requirements

Experience: 5-8 years in international procurement with a strong focus on Asia/China
Language Skills: Proficiency in English (C1 level or higher). Knowledge of Chinese and/or German is a plus but not mandatory
Competencies: Strong problem-solving skills, excellent negotiation and analytical abilities, and attention to detail. Demonstrated ability to meet financial and operational objectives
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Docs
Mindset: A flexible, adaptive attitude with a desire to learn and thrive in dynamic environments
Business trips: Willingness to travel (sporadically, approximately 3 weeks per year) is necessary.
