To further support our team, we are currently looking for an Senior Purchasing Manager (Full-Time, all genders).

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing supplier relationships, including contract negotiations, pricing, and timelines
  • Collaborating closely with our product teams in Austria and China to bring new products from concept to market
  • Demand planning and shipping across various product categories
  • Overseeing customs clearance processes in Austria and the USA

Job Requirements
  • Experience: 5-8 years in international procurement with a strong focus on Asia/China
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in English (C1 level or higher). Knowledge of Chinese and/or German is a plus but not mandatory
  • Competencies: Strong problem-solving skills, excellent negotiation and analytical abilities, and attention to detail. Demonstrated ability to meet financial and operational objectives
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Docs
  • Mindset: A flexible, adaptive attitude with a desire to learn and thrive in dynamic environments
  • Business trips: Willingness to travel (sporadically, approximately 3 weeks per year) is necessary.
