Software Implementation Specialist (m/w/x)

Are you ready?

• Analysis of customer processes and requirements
• Customization of software systems based on individual customer needs and specifications
• Creation of detailed user story documentation & corresponding configuration of modules and functionalities
• Training of key users
• Close collaboration with project managers & other internal stakeholders
• Contact person for customers for detailed questions regarding modules or special customer configurations

Are you the ONE?

• Completed studies in the field of business informatics and/or comparable courses of study
• First relevant experience in software implementation or in the field of auditing/certification is an advantage
• Experience with JIRA desirable as well as confident handling of MS Office & MS Projects
• Very good written and spoken German and English (other languages an advantage)
• Independent, detail-oriented work with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Enjoy working in a team across time zones and cultures
• Willingness to travel (approx. 20%)
