We are looking for a motivated and energetic SPA Concierge for Rosewood Schloss Fuschl.

Job Summary:

Welcoming and attending our guests in our luxury spa and wellness area Advising guests on our spa offerings and treatments Coordinating and scheduling treatments Ensuring a smooth operation in the spa area Assisting in maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of spa facilities Handling inquiries and complaints with a high level of service orientation Selling spa products and packages

Required Skills:

You are interested in the hotel industry especially in the spa area
Your profession is your passion, which is reflected in the quality of your work and your style
You have very good communication skills in German & English
