Our new team member needs to:

Have or currently pursue a master´s or bachelor’s degree in university / university of applied sciences
Have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role in supply and / or production planning.
Have understanding of sales and operations planning process.
Have an advanced English skill (both written and spoken).
Have good skills with building relationships and co-operation with the internal and external key stakeholders
Have strong customer focus
Good organizing & time management skills and understanding of cost/revenue impact of the decisions.
Good analytical skills and ability to prioritize
Be able to make complex decisions, communicate effectively, anticipate future consequences and trends accurately.
Preferably, have a background in industrial manufacturing or an FMCG company.
Preferably, be located in the Helsinki area.

In this role your new key responsibilities will be:

Manage required levels of production and warehousing – short-term and mid-term production, warehouse and capacity planning based on weekly production plans.
Work closely with the plant to ensure production plan execution.
Review and control production progress, follow up with relevant sub functions to eliminate delays.
Create and release production orders and ensure on time closing of production orders under SAP.
Support weekly and monthly BU S&OP and S&OE process from supply chain planning side, ensures clear communication of planning priorities to other supply chain sub-functions.
Ensure delivery of all agreed production plans as per agreed SLA and target KBIs.
Assist in maintaining the supply chain related KBI metrics.
Ensure internal customers’ requirements are met.
Ensure communication of production plans on time, alignment with plant & material team to ensure material availability.
Proactively escalate in case of any identified bottleneck or system disturbance in supply-to-Supply Planning Manager.
Lead information flow of weekly cross-functional alignment (S&OE horizon) process from daily production planning point of view.
Assist with the monthly demand forecast maintenance.
Cooperate closely with the Cross-Border Planning, local logistic team, 3PL partners, other ICSC Sub Functions, Brand Team, Commercial, Marketing and Financial Departments to ensure system data integrity and accurate planning.
Actively take part & influence the product life-cycle management from Supply Chain Feasibility point of view.
Actively improve planning processes, standardization and information sharing.
Take part into planning related IT projects.
