Job Description

We are looking for a Teamleader Stewarding, who supports our Stewarding department as well as the Heart of House Manager.

Job Summary:

Supervising and leading the stewarding team to ensure efficient and effective operations.
Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the stewarding area.
Overseeing cleaning and sanitizing of the equipment and dishes.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Managing inventory and ordering cleaning supplies and equipment.
Training and mentoring the team memebers and providing guidance and support as needed.
Close collaboration and communication with the culinary and service department.

Required Skills:

Several years of experience in the heart of house department in the hotel industry.
Strong leaderhips and team management skills.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
