Desired Skills and Experience
YOUR PROFILE:

• Preferably 5 years senior management experience

• Experience in managing operations, Gateways and Customs, within the Express or logistics field

• Experience managing large teams and developing others as well as managing customer relationships is an advantage

• Proven skill in driving high performance and strong team building and leadership skills

• Excellent project management and process improvement skills

• Proven track record in developing and executing strategies

• University or a comparable degree in economics, business, logistics or another relevant field

• Business fluent in English, German language skills a plus

For legal reasons, we are required to state the minimum salary of EUR 3,810.90 as per the Collective Agreement for Transport Workers, Employment Group D. Our actual salaries are of course market-driven and depend on experience and qualifications.
