Job Summary: The Accountant (Odoo Specialist) will be responsible for managing our financial operations using Odoo ERP software. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles and hands-on experience with Odoo.

Pay: BD160.000 - BD250.000 per month

Job Summary: The Accountant (Odoo Specialist) will be responsible for managing our financial operations using Odoo ERP software. This role involves preparing financial statements, overseeing accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles and hands-on experience with Odoo.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize Odoo to manage and maintain accurate financial records.
- Prepare monthly financial statements, balance sheets, and profit and loss reports.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely invoicing and payment collection.
- Conduct monthly reconciliations of bank accounts and general ledger accounts using Odoo.
- Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting within the Odoo system.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Support the annual audit process by providing necessary documentation and reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support business decisions.
- Identify and implement improvements to financial processes within Odoo.
- Provide training and support to team members on Odoo financial modules.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Proven experience as an Accountant, with [X]+ years in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Odoo ERP software is required.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Experience with other accounting software is a plus.
Pay: BD160.000 - BD250.000 per month
