Assistant Marketing and Visual Merchandising Specialist

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement innovative visual merchandising strategies that align with our brand identity.
- Create compelling presentations using Power Point that effectively communicate marketing strategies and campaign objectives.
- Design eye-catching marketing materials using Adobe Creative Suite, including flyers, brochures, and social media graphics.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute promotional campaigns.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform merchandising decisions.
- Ensure the visual representation of products in retail spaces meets brand standards and maximizes customer engagement.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Proven experience in marketing and visual merchandising, preferably in a retail environment.
- Strong proficiency in Power Point and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design).
- Exceptional creativity with a keen eye for detail and a passion for visual storytelling.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills to assess and interpret market data for strategic decision-making.
- Familiarity with current marketing trends and consumer behavior insights.
Pay: BD250.000 - BD300.000 per month
