Responsibilities
Looking for an experienced candidate with a minimum of 3-4 years’ experience in selling IT Product especially HRMS solution, IT services, Mobile app development etc.
Experience:
Looking for an experienced candidate with a minimum of 3-4 years’ experience in selling IT Product especially HRMS solution, IT services, Mobile app development etc.
- Cold Calls, meeting clients & assisting senior team.
- Daily generation of qualified leads and do meeting with them.
- Bring new customers based on monthly , quarterly and yearly targets.
- Responsible to achieve assigned targets monthly, quarterly and yearly .
- Account management with existing clients post AMC, Revenue collection, Follow ups for payments.
- Conduct calls to prospective clients and set appointments , demo of product .
- Offer products and services to qualified clients through demos.
- Handle sales process from prospecting through close and understand process.
- Build and document sales activities in sheet and document activities.
- Prepare and engage in business development team status meetings.
- Coordinate with management regarding revenue targets, achievements, collections.
- Prior experience selling IT Products/IT services a must for this job.
- Daily generation of qualified leads and do meeting with them.

- Driving License mandatory.
- Education Qualification: Graduate preferably in IT
- Must be Outspoken & Presentable
- Candidate should have past experience in Bahrain/UAE. Must be available in Bahrain/UAE at the moment.
- Fluency in English. Arabic language will be plus
Experience:
- International Business Developments: 2 years (Required)
- Cold calling, Lead generation: 1 year (Required)
- IT Software sales: 1 year (Preferred)
