We are hiring CDP baker/ DCDP baker:
Job Responsibilities

• Promote brand culture, teamwork and values within your team.
• Ensure the bakery is adequately stocked at all times to avoid out of stock issues & delays in production.
• Ensure that the bakery is well maintained, and all issue related to repairs of any nature is recorded & executed with urgency.
• Assume full responsibility for production & product handling.
• Ensure the team prepares products as per Brand specifications and recipes.
• Ensure that health & safety regulations are being adhered to as per local legislation.
• Maintain a clean & organized bakery.
• Ensure that production is being recorded & tracked to allow for traceability.
• Receive and allocate deliveries, check that product is fit for use & coordinate with suppliers.
• Minimize waste and make sure all waste is recorded.
• Assist with monthly inventory
• Ensure all daily operational duties and checklists are completed & recorded.
• Clean and sanitize the work area, utensils and equipment
• Ensure the team is adhering to Brand policies and procedures.
• Ensure that Brand grooming and hygiene guidelines are being followed
• Ensure that all staff complete mandatory Brand training & keep high levels of product knowledge within your team.

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• The ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent organizational skills.

Pay: From BD350.000 per month
