Job Description: As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will join our dynamic team, focusing on developing, implementing, and optimizing social media ad campaigns for our clients across platforms such as Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Tik Tok, Snapchat, and Linked In. You will collaborate with our creative and account management teams to deliver high-performing campaigns that align with our clients’ marketing objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, execute, and manage paid social media campaigns across Meta, Tik Tok, Snapchat, and Linked In for multiple clients.
- Work closely with the creative team to produce engaging ad content, including graphics, videos, and copywriting tailored to each client's brand.
- Analyze campaign performance data and provide actionable insights to enhance ROI and client satisfaction.
- Conduct A/B testing to optimize ad creatives, targeting strategies, and budgets for maximum effectiveness.
- Stay updated on platform changes, industry trends, and best practices to keep client campaigns competitive and innovative.
- Prepare detailed performance reports and present them to clients, highlighting key metrics, insights, and recommendations.
- Collaborate with the account management team to understand client goals, provide regular updates, and address any inquiries or concerns.
- Assist in developing strategic media plans, budgets, and forecasts for client campaigns.
- Monitor competitors’ advertising strategies and propose improvements to client campaigns where applicable

Pay: BD300.000 - BD500.000 per month
