*Conduct Initial Fitness Assessments: Evaluate clients’ fitness levels, physical condition, and goals.
*Health Screening: Ensure clients are fit to exercise by conducting health screenings and identifying any potential risks.
*Monitor Progress: Track clients’ progress over time and adjust programs as needed to continue challenging them.
*Spotting and Safety Supervision: Ensure clients are using equipment safely and provide spotting when necessary to prevent injuries.
*Maintain Client Records: Keep accurate records of clients’ progress, workout plans, and attendance.
*Schedule Appointments: Manage time slots for personal training sessions and group classes.
*Sales and Promotion: Sometimes responsible for selling memberships, personal training packages, or other gym services.
*Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure retention and satisfaction.
*Feedback Collection: Solicit feedback from clients to improve services and address any concerns
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: BD250.000 - BD300.000 per month
