We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our team. As an HR Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the HR department in various administrative tasks and coordinating daily HR activities. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

As an HR Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the HR department in various administrative tasks and coordinating daily HR activities. Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
- Maintain accurate employee records, including personal information, attendance, and leave records.
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees.
- Assist in organizing and conducting employee training and development programs.
- Support the performance appraisal process by collecting and compiling employee performance data.
- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of HR policies and procedures.
- Respond to employee inquiries and provide necessary HR-related information.
- Prepare and distribute HR-related documents, such as employment contracts and offer letters.
- Assist in managing employee benefits and insurance programs.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Help organize company events and activities, such as team building activities and employee recognition programs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices and labor laws.
- Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
