The IT Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth and managing the sales operations for AYSHA i T Solutions & Consultancy. This role focuses on IT sales, including cloud solutions, hardware, and software, and requires meeting monthly sales targets ranging from 8,000 to 10,000 BHD. The successful candidate will develop and execute sales strategies, manage client relationships, and achieve company objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth in IT solutions, including cloud services, hardware, and software.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets of 8,000 to 10,000 BHD.
- Actively make marketing calls and send emails to identify and pursue future business prospects.
- Achieve sales and marketing targets with support from the Business Director and Sales Manager.
- Upsell products and services to existing and potential clients.
- Continuously maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company’s solutions, services, and promotions.
- Document all customer information, communications, and sales activities in the company’s computer system.
- Create and manage development plans, including forecasting sales targets and growth projections.
- Identify market opportunities through meetings, networking, and other channels.
- Meet with existing and potential clients to build and nurture positive relationships.
- Prepare financial projections and sales targets; produce regular reports for management on sales performance and market trends.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation of IT solutions and projects.
- Address and resolve any issues related to project delivery and client satisfaction.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT sales with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Valid Bahraini driving license and car.
- Strong understanding of IT solutions, including cloud services, hardware, and software.
- Excellent sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate a sales team effectively.
- Proficiency in sales reporting, market analysis, and forecasting.
