About the role
Four Seasons Bahrain Bay is currently looking to hire a Kids Club Supervisor who will be responsible for r ecognizes and considers the individual needs of each child at the hotel and helps children learn to think creatively.

About the role
Four Seasons Bahrain Bay is currently looking to hire a Kids Club Supervisor who will be responsible for r ecognizes and considers the individual needs of each child at the hotel and helps children learn to think creatively.
What you will do
-
Lead KFAS team and assign daily tasks.

Prepare the KFAS facility on a daily basis.
-
React to changes in scheduling, weather or number of children with prepared backup plan.
-
Converse with guests and answer questions regarding the hotel and SPA.
-
Provide orientation of KFAS facility, and when available, of the Recreation Building.

Adhere to all corporate core standards in execution of programming.
-
Ensure proper standards of hygiene and functioning of equipment and toys.

Assist in handling guest requests, complaints, and any special problems keeping the Management well-informed of action and follow-up

Provide personalized service for all VIP’s and KFAS guests on a daily basis.

Participate fully in all departmental training as outlined by Management. Fill in any gaps in skills and knowledge.

Respond properly in any hotel emergency or safety situation.

Perform any other tasks or projects as assigned by the hotel management and staff.

Build rapport with and take a genuine interest in all children and parents utilizing the club's child activity services. Supervise on-floor operations and staff during shift.

Speak with others using clear and professional language; answer telephones using appropriate etiquette.

Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others. Process orders or transactions from customers and collect payment as necessary.
What you bring
-
Previous experience in a luxury establishment; hospitality or dealing with Children is preferred.

To be flexible and extend job duties to carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities within the job capability as assigned, including redeployment to alternative departments/ areas if required, to meet business demands and guest service needs. •

To attend training and meetings as and when required.

To assist in maximising productivity for the Department.

Creative, energetic, and extroverted personality

Reading, writing and oral fluency in English.

Ability to work under stress.

Fast and eager learner.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both in person and by telephone. •

Ability to learn multiple computer software and accurately input information into the systems. •

Ability to work cohesively with co-workers both within and outside of your department. •
-
Ability to prioritize, organize and follow up.
-
Must be available to work weekends, days, evenings, and holidays.
