Mechanical Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

Supervision: Lead and supervise a team of mechanical technicians and engineers in the maintenance, inspection, and repair of equipment and infrastructure within the gas distribution network.
Maintenance Management: Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance plans to ensure optimal performance and reliability of mechanical systems.
Compliance: Ensure all activities comply with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies. Conduct regular safety audits and enforce best practices.
Problem-Solving: Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues, providing solutions to minimize downtime and maintain operational efficiency.
Project Coordination: Coordinate with project managers and engineers to support the installation, commissioning, and modification of mechanical systems.
Reporting: Prepare and maintain detailed reports on maintenance activities, equipment performance, and safety incidents. Present findings and recommendations to senior management.
Training: Provide training and guidance to team members on mechanical systems, safety procedures, and best practices.

Must have experience in Oil & Gas and specialized in Gas Distribution Network
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From BD250.000 per month
