A leading Real Estate Developer & Construction Company in the Kingdom Of Bahrain seeks to
employ MEP Engineers for Construction Division.
Job Description:
 Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and other stakeholders to design,
develop, and implement MEP systems for new and existing buildings.
 Perform technical calculations to determine building loads and equipment capacities
for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
 Select appropriate MEP equipment and materials based on project requirements,
building codes, and energy efficiency standards.
 Create detailed MEP system drawings and specifications using computer-aided
design (CAD) software (e.g., Revit).
 Coordinate MEP system installations with other building systems to ensure
functionality and avoid conflicts.
 Review and approve subcontractor shop drawings for MEP systems.
 Conduct inspections during construction to ensure MEP systems are installed
according to plans and specifications.
 Participate in project commissioning and testing to verify the proper functioning of
MEP systems.
 Provide technical support and guidance to construction teams regarding MEP
systems.
 Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in MEP technology and sustainable
design practices.
 Contribute to the development and implementation of company standards for MEP
engineering.
Qualification:
 Mechanical or Electrical University degree in Engineering
 Should have through knowledge of Electrical, Plumbing and Mechanical Works
 7 to 10 years’ experience required
 Specialized in executing Residential Villas, Commercial and High rise Buildings
 Age between 35‐45
 Should have Driving License
 Strong character and flexible in work
