As a Management Consulting firm we are hiring Operation Associates for one of our European e-commerce client accounts (food supplement industry).
Duties & responsibilities-
Creation and Managing of various Marketplace on Seller Accounts (e-commerce e.g. Amazon, Ebay, Cdiscount, Allegro, Bol etc) and understanding each marketplace requirements/requests and supplying them as and when requested.
Develop a strong understanding of the products and its application in the system (food supplements with a portfolio range of 150 to 200 different products).
Addition of text content, images and all required information into ERP System (e.g. Plenty Markets, Amazon Seller Central etc.) Expertise in developing and managing systems and processes for translating and updating content.
Develop Skills in Multi Language Content writing. Ability to ensure that changes in specific language content are promptly reflected across all applicable marketplaces.
Proof reading and attention to detail- be able to understand and critically analyze food supplement descriptions and labels for any errors by proofreading in different languages.
Inventory Management- Tracking and replenishing stock as needed, Forecasting supply and demand requirements to ensure stock availability in all Marketplaces and also coordinating it with the warehouse.
MS Office- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel is must.
Having strong verbal and written communication skills to communicate effectively both internally and if required to external stakeholders.
Fluency and proficiency in English is must. Able to adapt quickly to new tasks. Work in a team. Ability to multi task.
Preferences:
- Bilingual candidates- Fluency and proficiency in English also proficiency in EU language will be a advantage.
- Knowledge and/or work experience in e-commerce or any relevant field.

The position will be in our office in Amwaj Island. You need to be in Bahrain in order to apply.
