Job Objective:

To support all activities in the operations department, focusing on reconciliation, vendor management, payments, financial support, card operations, data analysis, management reporting, and handling scheme disputes for stc Pay Bahrain.

Job Specifications:

Reconciliation: Perform daily and monthly reconciliations of transactions, ensuring accurate record-keeping and timely resolution of discrepancies.
Vendor Management: Manage relationships with vendors and service providers, ensuring service levels are met and contracts are adhered to.
Payments Operations: Monitor the processing of payments, including customer transactions, inter-bank transfers, and settlements.
Support in Finance Operations: Collaborate with the finance team to support accounting and financial reporting functions.
Card Operations: Assist in card issuance, transaction monitoring, and support processes, ensuring compliance with regulations.
Analysis & Reporting: Prepare and present management reports, highlighting key operational metrics, trends, and performance indicators.
Scheme Disputes: Handle and resolve scheme-related disputes, coordinating with relevant stakeholders and maintaining compliance with network rules.
Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
Project Support: Assist in operational projects and system enhancements, ensuring effective implementation and adherence to business requirements.
Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure all operations are compliant with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Qualification & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field from a recognized university.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in operations within the banking or financial services industry, preferably in a digital wallet or payments environment.
