As a Project Manager r for an Interior Fitout Industry, you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership, operational excellence, lead and assist the organization in maintaining relationships with clients and increasing staff productivity. He should be well experienced in managing and controlling company's operations. This role demands a visionary leader with a passion for the fit-out industry, a keen business acumen, and the ability to inspire and elicit the best qualities of a team.
Requirements/Responsibilities:
. Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
· Analyze market trends, identify business opportunities, and recommend strategies to stay ahead in the fit-out industry.
· Prepare a Business Development Strategy to create a project pipeline with a view to securing ongoing suitable project.
· Responsible for the operational performance of the business, supporting and working closely with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
· Oversee daily operations, planning and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
· Implement and optimize operational processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
· Develop detailed project plans, outlining tasks, timelines, and resource requirements.
· Implement and oversee quality control processes to ensure that interior fitout projects meet or exceed industry standards.
· Planning, execution, and completion of fit out projects to meet client requirements and expectations.
· Responsible for driving growth, optimizing performance, and ensuring the overall success and profitability of the projects.
Client Relations:
· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
· Resolve issues promptly with the clients to maintain a positive reputation in the industry.
· Has a deep understanding of customer needs and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
Team Leadership:
· Lead and motivate a team of professionals, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
· Responsible for communicating the strategy and guiding the team towards targets.
· Set performance goals, conduct regular performance reviews, and provide constructive feedback.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in civil/architecture/engineering/ interior design or similar field.
· 15+ years’ experience in a similar role in an interior fitout industry in GCC.
· Strong leadership and team management skills.
· Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
· Proficient in project management and financial management.
· Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
· Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.
· Financial acumen and experience in managing budgets and contracts.
· Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations in fitout industry.
· Problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
· Ability to plan and see the “big picture”
· Must be able to motivate, coach and develop team members for high performance.

• Proficiency in English and Hindi languages for effective communication.
• Residency in Bahrain with a valid Bahrain Driving License.
