We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Systems Administrator to manage and maintain our IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in handling complex IT environments and be responsible for ensuring system performance, reliability, and security.
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop strategies for IT infrastructure growth and improvement.
• Design, install, configure, and maintain computer systems, servers, and networks.
• Perform routine system updates, patches, and security configurations.
• Deploy and manage virtualized environments using technologies such as Hyper-V.
• Implement and manage cloud-based services and infrastructure, particularly AWS and Azure.
• Ensure integration and interoperability of cloud and on-premises systems.
• Provide administration support for Microsoft Exchange and Office 365.
• Monitor system performance, handle escalated technical issues, and implement data backup and disaster recovery plans.
• Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments.
• Manage network communication devices (Firewalls, Routers, Switches, etc.).
• Coordinate with local vendors for equipment and support levels.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of cloud services (AWS, Azure), virtualization, and network management.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator, AWS Certified Solutions Architect) are preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
