Title: Siebel CRM Architect
Location: Bahrain (Onsite)
Experience: 10+ years
Duration of Work Permit and Insurance: Valid until the end of April 2025
Preferred Domain: Telecom
Expected Date of Joining (DOJ): As soon as possible
Skills & Experience :

• Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in computer science/information technology or related field
• Hands-on experience as a subject matter expert in at least 3 projects involving Customer Management, Order Management, Pricing & Product Modeling (Preferably in the Telecom industry)
• Excellent knowledge/experience in Siebel CRM features such as ABO processes, Signals, Variable Maps, DVM, RSTT, Constraints, Eligibility & Compatibility, Attribute Adjustments, Volume & Tier Discounts, Contracts, Entitlements, Customizable Products, Promotions & Promotion Groups
• Proficiency in Configuration, Scripting, Workflows, EAI, and EIM in Siebel CRM
• Familiarity with other Siebel modules such as Trouble Tickets, Marketing Management, Lead Management, Field Service Management, etc.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Mandatory Skills & Experience for Architect:

• Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in computer science/information technology
• Hands-on experience as an Architect for at least 3 projects, creating Siebel CRM architecture and ensuring adherence to design and development best practices
• Experience in Requirements, Configuration, Product Walkthrough
• Experience in Solution Governance, Architecture, Designing & Estimating large-scale CRM solutions in Siebel within the Telecom space
• Design and development experience in Customer Management, Siebel Order Management, Pricing & Product Modeling in the Telco Industry
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Solution Architect, preferably in the Telecom industry.
